Each episode explores the challenges and lessons that shape us, from navigating heartbreak and building healthy relationships to creating meaningful habits, finding purpose, improving our health, and designing a life that feels aligned and fulfilling.
My goal is simple: to show up consistently, share what I'm learning, and create a community where we can grow together. Whether you're rebuilding after a setback, working toward a goal, or simply trying to understand yourself better, you're in the right place.
Let's learn, heal, grow, and become together.

#59: If It’s Not Working, Let It Go
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
In this episode, I reflect on a lesson I’ve had to learn the hard way:
when something keeps showing you it doesn’t work… you have to accept it.
I share a personal example with something small but meaningful — my experience with eyelash extensions. For the longest time, I convinced myself I needed them to feel pretty. But no matter what I did, they never lasted, never felt right, and always left me feeling worse after a week.
Even when I was told directly, “this might not be right for you,” I didn’t want to believe it. I kept trying to make something work that clearly wasn’t working.
And that’s when it clicked.
Sometimes, life shows us over and over again that something isn’t meant for us — through frustration, through rejection, through things just not aligning. But instead of accepting it, we hold on. We convince ourselves that maybe next time it’ll be different.
This episode is about finally choosing acceptance over attachment.
About letting go of what isn’t working — even when it’s uncomfortable, even when we’re used to it, even when we thought we needed it.
Because sometimes, the moment you stop forcing something…
you create space for something better.
And maybe what’s meant for you doesn’t require that much struggle.
Sometimes letting go isn’t giving up — it’s being guided.
