Inner Shift With Faezeh
Welcome to Inner Shift with Faezeh—a space for honest conversations about psychology, mental health, relationships, personal growth, confidence, habits, wellness, and the journey of becoming your best self.
Each episode explores the challenges and lessons that shape us, from navigating heartbreak and building healthy relationships to creating meaningful habits, finding purpose, improving our health, and designing a life that feels aligned and fulfilling.
My goal is simple: to show up consistently, share what I'm learning, and create a community where we can grow together. Whether you're rebuilding after a setback, working toward a goal, or simply trying to understand yourself better, you're in the right place.
Let's learn, heal, grow, and become together.

#48: Your Triggers Are Teachers: Finding the Lesson in Difficulty
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
In this episode, I explore the idea that our difficulties aren’t random — they’re invitations. When something triggers us, it often points to a part of ourselves that’s asking to be seen, understood, and healed.
I talk about how challenges reveal where we’re still holding fear, unmet needs, or old wounds, and how resistance can actually slow our growth. Instead of asking “Why is this happening to me?” this episode invites a different question: “What is this here to teach me?”
Our issues don’t show up to punish us — they show up to guide us. They become our teachers when we’re willing to listen, reflect, and respond with curiosity instead of judgment.
This episode is about turning discomfort into insight, triggers into awareness, and struggle into self-connection — so growth becomes something we participate in, not something that happens to us.
