#12: Building a healthy body that ensures your longevity is more important than your body shape
Being on a health journey has changed my life completely and I want to share some tips that could have saved me a lot of time and hassle in the beginning. I narrowed it down to exercise, nutrition and sleep and talked about each in great detail. One thing to keep in mind about all of these points is, you have to consider your own body, anatomy, culture, age and other personal factors into account when trying to come up with your healthy routines. Oh and more thing, please don’t compare your body to others as a factor of being healthy! Body shape has almost nothing to do with how healthy we are. Exercise more, be more active, build some muscles, lose some fat, eat healthy nourishing food and celebrate your body. You are doing amazing!
